ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION
 
This is a delightful self-catering apartment, a mere 500m from the beach in Ballito. Perfect for guests seeking a holiday escape near the sea and within easy reach of the Ballito promenade, shops, and restaurants.

This first-floor apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan, featuring an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan. The guest bathroom is equipped with a toilet, basin, and shower.

The open-plan living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, as well as cutlery and crockery. For added convenience, there's a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a dishwasher. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches, features a TV with DStv, and opens to a balcony with additional seating and a charcoal braai, perfect for enjoying the sunset. Wi-Fi access is provided.

The accommodation has a generator that will power the lights, fans, fridge, plugs and TV. Please note that there are stairs leading up to the apartment.

Guests enjoy full access to the complex’s communal rooftop swimming pool and braai area. A single allocated parking space is provided, along with limited unallocated guest parking in the secure complex.
