While embracing modern and contemporary design inspiration, this beach house offers beautifully furnished and equipped open plan living with stylish sophistication, highlighted by the beauty of its unique location. The villa has a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and an open plan living/ dining/ lounge area leading onto a large undercover terrace through glass foldaway doors.
 
This home is ideal for soaking up the sun whilst watching the dolphins play. Less than 5 min drive from fabulous restaurants, shopping, entertainment and nightlife; 10 to 15 min drive to other popular charming beach towns; 14 min to the airport & is central to nearby tourist attractions.
 
The Villa can be rented as a 5 bedroom villa (max 10 guests) subject to request & rate adjustment. The daily rates are quoted on the 4 bedroom villa. An additional daily charge will apply for the 5 bedroom villa option.
 
A private sparkling infinity pool is surrounded by a magnificent spacious wooden deck that runs the entire width of the villa and overlooks the sea. This is the heart of all social activity and entertainment. The variety and comfort of the outdoor furniture is ideal for having a lazy morning breakfast, watching the whales play, soaking up the sun, BBQ’s or wining and dining with spectacular sunsets.
 
The air-conditioned villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, flat screen TV’s and sound bars, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Free high-speed internet, secure and uncapped Wifi as well as comprehensive satellite including all TV channels, 2 garages 4 open parking areas.
 
Housekeeping service is provided upon request only & subject to availability Monday – Friday, between 8am & 3pm (a specific 2 hour time slot will be allocated & communicated to you) Weekends & Public Holidays at an extra cost - 24-hour prior arrangement required Linen change every 6 days Bathroom towel change every 3 days Beach towels no change A refundable breakage deposit of R8,000 will be charged prior to arrival.
